Terms & Conditions
All Leadsinger products that are deemed defective are covered for 90 days (parts and labor) starting from date of purchase. This warranty excludes any physical damage. In order to return a faulty item, or if you have any question about Leadsinger products, you must use the Contact Us form.

NEW YEARS SHIPPING SCHEDULE *
12/27 - Last day to place orders for 2nd day express shipping (before 12pm EST).

12/28 - Last day to place orders for Overnight express shipping (before 12pm EST).

Any order placed via ground shipping after 12/21 is not guaranteed to be delivered by 12/31. If you choose ground shipping we will not be responsible for any delays for the order that was placed.

All orders (ground and express) placed after 12/28 will be processed according to our standard shipping policies. We will not guarantee delivery for New Years

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
12/18 - Last day to place orders for 2nd day express shipping (before 12pm EST).

THANKSGIVING SHIPPING SCHEDULE *
The Leadsinger offices will be closed for thanksgiving and the Friday following. All orders placed after 12pm on the Wednesday before thanksgiving will be processed the following Monday.

Processing/Shipping Info
Shipping rates only apply to the contiguous 48 states.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 states will be contacted after the order has been processed with the exact shipping cost.


Orders can be charged an additional sales tax if appliclable


All orders placed after 12pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be considered to be placed on the next business day


The day the order ships does not count as a shipping day.  Deliveries will only be made on business days


We can not ship UPS to a P.O.Box. Has to be a physical address.


All orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed. To save on shipping costs, some items may not come in retail packaging.


Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of the starting purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the actual shipping charges and subject to our Credits policy. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number for your return).  We reserve the right to refuse any request for an order or item(s).  Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred when sending back their item(s)

In addition to the above return policy, any return can be subjected to a 15% restocking fee if the product is deemed to be damaged, used or taken out of the original packaging.

There is no refunds on refurbished item(s) or digital media (ie SD cards, Music paks, Download cards and or downloads)

All refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made within 14 days starting from the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number for your return).  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request for an order or item(s).  Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred when sending back their item(s)

Exchanges can take 2-3 weeks to be processed.  This is an estimated time frame and can change

Warranty
Our products carry a 90 day warranty.  If your product has become defective or was received and isnt operational you must contact us immediately.  If we determine that your item(s) can be replaced under our warranty terms you will be issued an Return Authorization #. 

No replacements will be processed without a Return Authorization #.  We reserve the right to refuse any replacement request for an order or item(s).  Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred when sending back their item(s)

Exchanges can take 2-3 weeks to be processed.  This is an estimated time frame and can change.  This starts from the date is marked in by our exchange dept and not when it is delivered.
